Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the AniPeak app and website (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who also accepts these Terms on your behalf.

The service

AniPeak lets you browse and stream anime and donghua episodes with subtitles and, where available, dubbed audio. The catalog, episode availability, video quality and features change over time and may vary by region. We may add, change or remove content or features at any time.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account to use the app. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate anyone. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.

Community rules

Comments and profiles must be respectful. Do not post content that:

• harasses, threatens or attacks people or groups;
• is sexually explicit, violent or illegal, or involves minors in any sexual way;
• is spam, advertising, a scam or links to malware;
• spoils plot points for others without warning;
• infringes someone else's rights or shares personal information about others.

We may remove content and restrict or ban accounts or devices that break these rules, temporarily or permanently.

VIP & payments

VIP is optional and removes ads for the period you purchase. Purchases in the app are processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service, and we do not receive your payment details. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Prices may change, but changes never affect a period you have already paid for. VIP is tied to the account it was purchased on and is not transferable.

Ads & ad-free time

The free version shows ads. Watching an ad can unlock a period of ad-free viewing. Ad-free time has no cash value. Using scripts, modified apps, clock changes or other tricks to obtain ad-free time or VIP may lead to the loss of rewards and to account or device restrictions.

Content & copyright

The AniPeak name, logo, app design and software belong to us. Anime titles, artwork, characters and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the works available in the Service.

If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, email support@anipeak.us with your contact details, the work you own, the title and episode concerned, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We review valid notices promptly and remove infringing material.

You keep ownership of the comments you post and give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display them in the Service.

Prohibited use

You agree not to copy, scrape or redistribute content from the Service; reverse engineer, modify or create unofficial versions of the app; bypass ads, VIP checks, bans or other protections; access the Service with bots or overload our systems; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

The Service works with third-party services such as Google Play, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob and Firebase. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them or for ads shown by ad networks.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AniPeak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we must for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date and tell you in the app if the changes are significant. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
